Mustard kasundi is a sauce made from black and yellow mustard seeds. This is a condiment is made from other ingredients, like coriander powder, turmeric powder, garlic, lemon, chillies, vinegar, etc. The shelf life of this condiment is up to one month, if refrigerated. This can be served with Indian fast food, like fish pakora, vegetable pakoras and samosas. It can also be used as a spread on sandwich, burger and pizza. This condiment gives a burst of mustard flavour and it goes well with other sauces too.
